What happens to House Reed when/if Jojen dies

I'm sure that we simply don't know enough about the family tree of House Reed to make assumptions. Not sure whether GRRM has kept us in the dark about the family because it doesn't at this point serve the story, or whether there is a whole other secret tied to the Reeds that's preventing us from getting a closer look.

I did wonder if Bran was capable. If not in his own body, then perhaps as Hodor?

Although once you start those trains of thought, the whole thing can go downhill rather quickly

He just needs some CotF viagra and all is good.

I think this question, while interesting, is ultimately impossible to answer and difficult to even make meaningful guesses at because of how little we actually know about the Reeds. Given the state of the Seven Kingdoms and how long Jojen and Meera have been away from home, we have no real way of knowing if Howland Reed is even alive. And of course there's all the tinfoil theories speculating that he's the High Sparrow, hooded man at Winterfell, or some other character we've met.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility that Meera is actually the heir, or that she may be able to inherit in lieu of Jojen (provided she ever returns home alive). The Crannogmen have an insular culture and their own peculiar customs, and we know that much less insular and peculiar people like the Ironborn and the Dornish give less of a crap about rule by primogeniture and have a different view of women than mainstream Westerosi culture.

I agree that Meera is probably the best match for Bran of characters we know; she's technically a highborn girl from a family loyal to the Starks, and she seems to get on well with Bran. He's a boy reaching puberty, and paralysis doesn't strip a person of sexual desire. There are also real-world instances of paraplegic men fathering biological children; what is possible in the real world via medicine or technology is also possible in a world of maesters and magic. I think the larger obstacle to the idea of Bran and Meera wedding and having sons who claim Winterfell and Greywater Watch is less practical and more that Bran's destiny simply doesn't seem to be turning that way. It's likely that his future is to inherit Bloodraven's abilities and burdens, and I think it's completely possible that Bran will never physically leave that lonely cave ever again. Even if Meera remains there by his side out of duty or love, I doubt they would have children who claimed lands and titles.
