And suppose for the sake of argument that Dany cannot bear another child, then it would be very much in her interest, and the interests of Jon or Tyrion (if legitimised) to strike an agreement whereby they, or their own heirs, then become her heirs.

Yeah - in fact, considering that I tend to see Dany as a female version of Aegon the Conqueror I'd not be surprised if she had multiple consorts and ended up actually marrying Tyrion (for dynastic purposes) and Jon Snow (for the same reason in addition to potentially actual attraction/love).

But if Dany was truly be proven to barren by the time of the end of the series we could also have a very odd and interesting polygamous love triangle. Tyrion is still married to Sansa, after all, which means they could actually get back together, making Sansa either the mother of Dany's heirs or herself a secondary queen (the second wife of Tyrion) at Dany's court. Jon Snow might take a wife prior to Dany's arrival who might be either still around by the time Jon marries Dany or at least give him a child who could also become Dany's (or his own) heir.

Hell, if the whole Arya-Jon thing isn't completely dropped then both Sansa and Arya could become queens alongside Daenerys as the second wives of her husbands. This certainly would be somewhat weird, but could actually reflect the post-Others crisis attempt of the people in charge to continue to work together to rebuild the world.

Even if neither Jon nor Tyrion end up marrying Dany children from either this men could be recognized as heirs by Daenerys.

And the same could go for any child Aegon might father. If it is never publicly revealed that Aegon wasn't Rhaegar's son that a son of his could easily be Dany's heir - and if it is revealed that he is a Blackfyre descendant then this would also make him a Targaryen cousin who could, in absence of another heir or in a way to heal the rift after the Second Dance, be adopted as a Targaryen prince into the royal family.
