If you can't put two and two together its not that the shows fault. Last season: Episode 3 & 6, establishes that water from the well is poison Episode 10: Jaqen tell Arya that "the faces are as good as poison to the girl" and her eyes turn white/blind. Meaning - it is laced with poison that results in blindness Knowing that having one poison be an antidote to another point is a fact and a extremely well known literary cliche, its not hard to connect these two together that one poison (in the well) counteracts another poison (the face).
