ununsullied
Everyone is talking about how Hodor's death brought a tear to their eye, but what made you cry??? For me I cried at Tyrion's trial when he said he was 'guilty of being a dwarf' and when Greywind was killed after the Red Wedding. I think I may have had shiny eyes when Jaime came back to save Brienne in the bear pit, and when Dany said her speech freeing the slaves after the Dracarys moment and they all started staling their sticks on on the earth for her... Wyman Manderly's Meat Pies
Definitely Hold the door. When Arya was shooing Nymeria. I really with they kept Jory Cassel in this scene, as it would have helped show that Winterfell was like one big family. From Stark to Cassel to Hodor. A bit of a tear during "You are Princess Shireen of the House Baratheon." Not quite a teary eyed moment but close when Theon told Ramsay his father lost his head in King's Landing. Tears of Joy when the legend of the land Hot Pie returned.
Vastet
I didn't quite cry at anything, but Hold The Door definitely brought me closer than anything else.

Rhaechyll Targaryen
I definitely teared up during the Jon/Sansa hug. Even the hug between Sansa and Theon touched me a little. Shireen's death was very sad but it mostly made me angry. I didn't cry at all during the Red Wedding, show or book. I saw it coming a mile away and knew it would be bad when Robb made the bad call to separate himself from Grey Wind. There might have been something in my eye during the death of Pyp. storm.131
- Catelyn telling Talisa about the time Jon Snow was ill as a child and she promised the Gods she would be a true mother to him if he lived, but she couldn't keep her promise. - All the deaths of the direwolves, especially Lady and Grey Wind. Frejac
12 hours ago, Vastet said: I didn't quite cry at anything, but Hold The Door definitely brought me closer than anything else. Same. Being a book reader, I've mostly known what to expect and have had years to process the more emotional moments before they appeared on screen. But there was something about the tragedy of Hodor, the music, and the fact that I didn't see it coming until a few minutes before it happened that almost got me there last week. Woman of War
Cersei with Tommen in the throne room during Blackwater Shireen with Stannis when we basically knew what was going to happen, Shireen crying for her mother Cat and Robb at the Red Wedding Tyrion's desperate and brave speech at his trial Cersei realizing that her daughter on the ship is dead Brienne's and Jaime's goodbye the haunting music many times
Gregor'sBrainTumor
Also a book reader here, but I'll chime in: Hold the door. Jon and Sansa reuniting. Sansa making Jon the cloak with the direwolf sigil, demonstrating she sees him as a true Stark, her brother, her protector, and in a sense a father figure. The death of Ygritte and what followed (even if the book does it better in my mind). Tormund and Brienne (tears of laughter).
Channel4s-JonSnow
Only one moment in the whole show and that was Stannis and his touching moment with Shireen mid season 5. It was a beautiful piece of acting.

Ser Matt Dayne
Nothing has made me cry, as often the things that had happened that should of made me teary, just had me in complete shock. Though there are some scenes that made me glass eyed such as Cat talking about Jon being sick as a child and Oberyn's story of meeting Tyrion as a child. More recently Sansa/Jon's hug and Randyll Tarly's tirade at his son got me slightly too. Basically, all the broken things and their struggles always get me. Neds Secret
Actually, I have to admit that despite it being a horrible season that when Drogon flew in to rescue Dany from daznaks pit that I got pretty emotional watching, oddly I knew it was going to happen but I still really liked the heart and love for her I feel that he showed when he swooped in, she was gone, and although it looked a bit corny when he taxi'd to take off with her I still was really proud of him for some reason. SuperMario
The death of Olly.....just kidding Actually, only season one had writing good enough to make me sad, and the saddest part was during Ned's execution with Arya grabbing Yoren. The look on her face was heartbreaking.
