They say something really interesting so i open the app using the notification... and it just takes me to the front page of the app with 0 more info. The one you are talking about gives you the oppertunity to sign up for the GRRM newsletter (though in my case, clicking on the message itself only opens the menu again, so I can't tell you where the message is supposed to redirect you to..
