A Name Game

Does anybody else wish Martin had given titles to the chapters? Perhaps we could make a game of it here. What are some of your favorite chapters in the entire series of books so far and what title would you have given it if you were GRRM?

I wish he'd never stopped naming them after the PoV Character's literal name. I appreciated the no-nonsense way it provided us with the most important bit of context for the chapter.

A table of contents could spoil the story to some extent (e.g. knowing someone's safe because they have later PoV chapters) but I've seriously considered attaching a ToC to the back of my copies, by the appendix.

I always liked the POV chapter headings. It is especially cool, I think, when you stop and try to think about which things in which chapter may be less than reliable based on the POV. That said, I also found the link that @Clegane'sPup used very useful.

How about "It's a nice day for a Red Wedding" in a Storm of Swords?

despite liking the POV I can't resist to continue in the musical theme. So let's say Smoke on The Water in Clash?

Just now, Alan of Rosby said:

Lady in Red by Chris de Burgh for one of Melisandre's chapters, like one where it's heavily implied Stannis porks her.

oooh good one. How about Light My Fire for the chapter on dragonstone where mel burns Alester Florent

I really liked what he started doing in AFFC, and I don't see any fundamental reason why you couldn't do it for every chapter. There will be issues in trying to avoid using the same title twice - though I'll actually embrace that for different characters sharing a similar context - and i don't see any good way to do it without some spoilers, still, sounds like fun.
