Now, if both had to not use any armor, then, Greyworm and a lot of people can and would beat the Mountain. Even Ungregor for that matter. He was also older and much more experienced, especially when it came to fighting a Westerosi "Knight" in armor. Grey Worm doesn't stand a chance.
