Don't know how you could possibly confuse the three sisters whose names all end with -aena.

Then there's the part where she sneaked off to have an affair with a Targaryen prince, which resulted in the birth of a famous bastard. It seems like there is something of a Lyanna-Daena parallel here. Which means GRRM's describition of Daena as expert at riding at rings lends credibility to the app's claim about Lyanna being "practiced" at rings. Notice the same wording is used for Daena in TWoIaF. CC: @Sly Wren Any comment on this, @Sly Wren?

Very cool potential parallel. But in many ways, Daena seems to have more in common with what we have confirmed about Cersei. Though that may simply be because we know more about Cersei: Cersei would be mistaken as Jaime and wanted to do as he did instead of being a lady. Cersei at least once dressed as a commoner (as did Daena)--when meeting Jaime as part of her convincing him to join the KG. Cersei, after being disappointed by her husband, sought out a close relative to give her the child she wants--raised him as her royal bastard. All that's actually confirmed. Though if it turns out that Cersei and Lyanna have extensive parallels to them, poor Cersei might go completely round the bend.

And even if we assume you're correct, that doesn't detract from the Lyanna-Daena parallels. Quote Cersei would be mistaken as Jaime and wanted to do as he did instead of being a lady. Cersei at least once dressed as a commoner (as did Daena)--when meeting Jaime as part of her convincing him to join the KG. Cersei, after being disappointed by her husband, sought out a close relative to give her the child she wants--raised him as her royal bastard. All that's actually confirmed. - Lyanna liked playing with swords. Not exactly lady like. So the Lyanna-Daena parallel is at least as strong. - Sure, but Lyanna might have done the same after her abduction, or on her way to meet Rhaegar. - Except Cersei didn't raise her children as bastards. She passed them off as Robert's children. Whereas Daena openly acknowledged her son's bastardy. Quote Though if it turns out that Cersei and Lyanna have extensive parallels to them, poor Cersei might go completely round the bend. Their characters intersect in certain ways. In any case, a large part of your problem with Lyanna as the KotLT, and its evidence re: practicing at jousting, was the lack of a parallel. Since one has been found, I'm curious to know what you make of it now.
