Daenerys caused Drogos death

Had she allowed the eunuch slaves to heal Drogo's wounds with needle and fire instead of Maegi Mirri's "healing",  he would have lived to be normal again.

And yes I beileve Mirri didn't have any intentions of saving Drogo. After all, he and his khalasar destroyed her city and people. She had poisoned Drogo with her "healing".

Drogo killed himself, he didn't follow her instructions , I actually think she wanted to heal Drogo and gain his trust, she is related to Marwyn which means there is something interesting about her.

She did use proper healing techniques but she hoped that he wouldn't follow her instructions. Just like Cersei hoped Robert would drink the strong wine and get himself killed. If she hated the Dothraki for destroying her village, why help? She knew what she was doing. Getting close to Dany and Drogo to do them harm.

Perhaps because Dany was protecting her and what remained of her people? But once Drogo disobeyed and sentenced himself to death (seriously, he put mud on his wound) Mirri knew they were all doomed and so decided to get herself some revenge on the people she held responsible: Drogo and Daenerys. By that point Mirri had probably heard about Drogo's plan to invade Westeros for his Targaryen bride and son and Mirri decided that Dany was thus just as responsible as Drogo.

Maybe,  but it doesn't change the fact that Drogo and only Drogo is guilty for his death, had he followed instructions he would have been healed, not dead.

Who is arguing against that? My point is that MMD hoped he would disobey and he did exactly what she expected.

Robert got drunk and killed by a boar. Does that change anything about Cersei as a character? No.

Mirri's speech to Dany towards the end of the book proves otherwise. She hated them from the start. Drogo led the attack on her village and his men raped her. It had nothing to do with invading Westeros.

If Mirri wanted Drogo dead, why didn't she just let the incompetent healers patch him up? They put mud (probably liberally sprinkled with horseshit) on open wounds, for God's sake. That's basically a death sentence. Mirri actually risked saving Drogo. She definitely didn't know him well enough (like Cersei did with Robert) to have any guarantee that he'd disobey.

Probably because she wanted to kill him herself.

But again, she's risking Drogo actually following her instructions and living. She doesn't know Drogo well enough to guarantee he'd disobey. If she wanted the satisfaction of killing him herself, why not just treat him in the exact way the Dothraki healers would? That's basically a death sentence and she's less likely to be murdered as a result. Still pretty likely, but a bit less so.

If Drogo lives then she gains Dany and Drogo's trust so she insert herself into their inner circle to harm them later. She hedges a bet that he will ignore her orders and die. If she healed him with fire as the eunuchs would have, he would be have lived without question.

If Drogo dies, she succeeds but because she didn't outright poison him she escapes suspicion.

Her reaction after Drogo and Rhaego die pretty much confirms the idea she meant ill from the beginning. I mean she practically throws her head back and laughs diabolically. It's like a parlor scene at the end of a horror movie.

That's a big claim. Mirri has learned from all manner of healers in the world, including maesters. I would bet that Mirri's method had a greater chance of success, so again, why not just do the eunuchs' method? Because you're next statement:

Is definitely not the case.

Quote
Mirri Maz Duur studied Drogo, her face still and dead. "The wound has festered."

"This is your work, maegi," Qotho said. Haggo laid his fist across Mirri's cheek with a meaty smack that drove her to the ground. Then he kicked her where she lay.

By using her own, more efficient method she actually made herself more suspicious. Why not just burn the wound and slap some mud on there like the Dothraki healers would?

Mostly, Daenerys misjudged Mirri. She though saving her was enough gain her support... for everything. But the Dothrakis had (and were continuing) to kill her people. She would not help. The healing was probably genuine. But one way or another, she made sure it would be painful and Drogo would not follow the instructions.

You do not need to know Drogo much to know that if you strictly forbid him to drink etc., he will disobey. She healed all right, but knew that he will break the healing.

But again, why use her own, more efficient method that was more likely to heal Drogo than the accepted Dothraki method that would arouse less suspicion? Why not just stitch it, burn it and slap mud all over it like Drogo eventually did? Her choice of giving Drogo actual treatment in the hope he would disobey (and maybe exacerbate the problem by then going to the Dothraki healers who would make the wound worse) in order to kill him is needlessly complicated and makes her look suspicious of poisoning him.

My interpretation is this: she genuinely tried to heal Drogo to protect herself (and maybe her people) despite her anger and hatred of Drogo and Daenerys and when that failed, she decided to indulge in revenge. So she performed her magic ritual, knowing that it would not bring Drogo back as he was and then decided to hurt Dany as much as possible for her part in Mirri's fate.

My guess is that she didn't hate Daenerys initially, and probably thought she could get better treatment for herself (and perhaps others) if she healed Drogo.  When Drogo disregarded her advice, she realised she'd get the blame;  she'd also come to hear of the prophecy that Dany's child would be the Stallion That Mounts the World, and come to blame her for the attack on her village.

So, she sought to get revenge on both Drogo and Dany, while killing the child at the same time.

Mirri wanted Drogo to die and Daenerys was foolish enough to trust her, sadly. So, in a way she is responsible partly.

Daenerys bought all lies Mirri served because she sympatized with her position and wanted to believe her. A costly mistake. Drogo might have survived Dothraki healing, but you don´t survive when a doctor wants you dead. At least Mirri got what she deserved from her lies.

I'd go with this. IIRC, even after MMD had helped Drogo she was still treated like any other prisoner and had time (i assume) to hear about the prophecy, other peoples stories and witness the way others, including herself were treated.
