How Quickly can Everyone Die?

So, the apocalypse is on. The winter to end all winters has begun, and anyone could die at any time. 

But not quite. Because some things need to happen before certain people can die. For instance, Dany needs to slay some more lies before she can possibly die, and lots of defenses need to fail before everyone at the gates of the moon can be put to the sword.

So, that's my question - what's the quickest possible path towards death for everyone in the story, factoring in both literary delays such as prophecy, and practical delays like castle defenses.

I feel like that might actually happen. That's the only way I can see Euron being a credible threat. Otherwise he just seems like either a lunatic or an idiot, what with his only having the strength of the Iron Born behind him to conquer Westeros.

I'm thinking winter, famine, full scale war and disease with a little wildfyre, an opposing Army of the Dead and 1 little girl assassin ought to take care of 3/4 of the population in no time at all.

I don't think Martin writes with that kind of literary symmetry. People die all the time with promises unkept, goals not accomplished, justice unserved...
