Ravens in 2012. It wasn't great all season, but that's no different from the Giants pass rush in 2007/2011. They fixed it going into the playoffs and them being an absolute stone wall was the single biggest reason for upset after upset.

Also would argue Brady would have a couple more rings with a better line. D-line's hugely important in the playoffs, no question, but think O-line is equal to that.

I didn't think about the Ravens, that is true enough.   And there is probably no doubt that with poorer QB play that O Line is even more important (No Manning or Brady with lightning reads nullifying blitzes).

What's even better about that is that the NFL saw record ratings basically every year over year until this year, when it dropped.

So apparently we were just really stupid for the first 7 years and then this year BOOM, we got smart and talked about facts, and now we're back to flinging poo.

That is hilarious. I can't tell if that anonymous exec has more contempt for the American people, football fans, Trump or himself. All of the above, sure, but mainly the latter.

That quote is so bad, at what point do we start to think Adam Silver has a mole in NFL HQ?

The league may not care about concussions, but they will once they see players start walking away from the game.  I'm a huge Oklahoma football fan, and we've had three players retire from football this year because of concussions, and a third quit the team half way through the season because he was scared he'd get another concussion before the NFL draft next year. I'm sure things are the same at many other universities.

You seem to have some players that are just more susceptible to concussions, and I think those folks aren't going to risk their health any longer.

That look on Kuechly's face... :(

The strange thing about that play was I was positive that had blown out his knee from how he went down. And it didn't seem like he got hit in the head at first, but the replay shows he caught some helmet right in the lower part of the facemask. Goes to show that it doesn't always have to be a monster hit to get a concussion.

So there's a little casino attached to the resort we are staying at that has a sports book. Was thinking about plunking down a yard on a 3 teamer just for laughs. Looking at Phi +6.5 @ Sea to Buff + 2.5 @ Cinn to Dall -7 vs Bal. Or maybe replacing Dall with Tenn+3 @ Indy.

 What ya think?

I like Tenn over Indy. Do not like Buff over Cinc.
