Philokles
West Ham have gone from the hardest 'smaller' club for the big teams to face to one of the easiest. They have picked up two points from eight games against the top six this season. Last year they got 25 points from the 12 matches against the same teams. Consigliere
Well, West Ham's record against the big six last season was a bit of an anomaly. I never expected them to get nearly as many points this term although I didn't think they would struggle this much either. The big boys have improved since last season as well. I just checked and West Ham's stadium is indeed The London Stadium. I though it was called Queen Elizabeth Park.

Philokles
Tremendous half from PSG. Veratti and Draxler especially impressive. Dortmund the better side in Lisbon but no goal. They've been going through every method of failing to score. Benfica should be down a man when their keeper mistimed a challenge on Dembele outside of the box. Consigliere
PSG are all over Barca. Good thing the chances fell to players other than Cavani because he'd have fucked it up.
Mark Antony
Pretty crazy. Di Maria playing out of his mind.
Consigliere
Cavani actually clinical in front of goal. Barca have not been able to cope with PSG's quick counters and pressing.
Philokles
Surely there is no coming back for Enrique now. It's been a long time since Barca got rid mid-season. The defending for that one was atrocious - Meunier just allowed to wander forward and play Cavani in.
Consigliere
An away goal might give them a glimmer of hope as long as they don't concede any more. Unfortunately, Barca have only managed one shot on target so far and that in the first half.

Yeah, but he tends to fluff alot of great chances too. Not the most reliable finisher.
Philokles
Cavani's not a clutch player, but whether or not forwards are picked up on that by fans is very inconsistent. Aubameyang missed a couple of sitters and a penalty today, but that will likely be forgotten in a week.

Jesus-Sterling-KdB-Sane So an injured Jesus for City is probably not like Mane going to the AFCON for Liverpool. You missed out Silva, who has been back to his majestic best lately. This was orgasmic!
Philokles
For all Bayern were a little ponderous in the first half and defensively fragile, they still created a lot of chances. All it took was Lewandowski's finishing to return to usual and this happens.

Maybe it's cause he seems to miss them in high profile games? Lewandowski has been quality in the second half for sure. That flick on Thiagos first was filthy. Castel
Arsenal crumbled. It was not a surprise but they fooled me with an actually good performance in the first half.
Consigliere
Another year, another exit to Bayern. Arsenal were quite poor in the opening stages of the first half as well and it was one way traffic for a while but they did come back and finished the half well. Second half, Bayern have been all over them. Even though Napoli are currently 3-1 down, this game has been more competitive.
Philokles
Koscielny going off was a big blow, but I think most of it is Bayern being too good. The lack of replacement leaders in the defence would be more worrying if I was an Arsenal fan than the performance.
