To be fair it wasn't, but it has yielded results!. To add, the court and small council shall be reorganised into the first Galactic Empire for a safe and secure society, with a more fitting structure of command, essentially the Sith, followed by grand moffs, moffs, admirals, a few token stormtroopers and of course princess pompelmo, all titles not relating to small council position shall remain unaffected.
