3 symbolism in Dothraki wedding

“A Dothraki wedding without at least three deaths is deemed a dull affair,” he had said.

Her brother Viserys gifted her with three handmaids.

When she opened it, she found piles of the finest velvets and damasks the Free Cities could produce . . . and resting on top, nestled in the soft cloth, three huge eggs.

The khal’s bloodriders offered her the traditional three weapons, and splendid weapons they were.

First and forth are Dothraki tradition. Viserys always gets advice from Illyrio so handmaids are probably included to Illyrio's plan. But what about dragons eggs? Maybe Illyrio had more than 3 dragon eggs but he gave only three one.

The way you pulled those gifts together makes me think of the prophecy by Quaithe: three fires, three mounts, three treasons.

The interesting thing about the Dothraki wedding, to me, is that many of the elements and symbols have parallel elements in the Westeros weding ceremony. Compare the gifts Dany receives to the gifts given to Joffrey, for instance. A key difference in those particular weddings, though, is that Joffrey receives riding boots, a jousting tent and a saddle but no horse. Dany receives a beautiful horse, immediately demonstrates her prowess in riding it at a full gallop and in jumping over a fire.
