Lol. Nope he didn't. Let's review these terms. A lot will be never fulfilled.

Daven Lannister marries one of Walder Frey's daughters/ granddaughters. Okay that likely will happen.

Not only will that likely happen, but Daven is now an even more prestigious match as he is now the Warden of the West.

Roose Bolton is made Warden of the North, until a son by Tyrion and Sansa comes of age. Hmmm, that may not go so well for house Bolton.

Not sure how that hurts Walder.

Emmon Frey gets Riverrun. And well the Blackfish still holds it so there is a chance they never get Riverrun.

The Blackfish does not hold it, he exited it during AFFC.

Lancel Lannister is to get Darry and marry one of Walder Frey's daughters/ grandaughters. Well that never happened, Lancel never consumated the marriage and chose to forsake Darry.

While Amerie and the other Freys stay on. Worked out pretty well for the Freys. Before it seemed that Kevan, via his son Lancel, would have the most control of those lands but now there is a bunch of Freys ruling the roost.

"You should be sleeping with your wife, not with the Maid. You need a son with Darry blood if you want to keep this castle."

Joy Hill will marry on of Walder's bastard sons. Well that is meaningless. Also Jaime at one point suggests that Joy could marry one of Gawen Westerling's sons, opps.

If it is meaningless why bring it up?

Ramsay will marry "Arya Stark" who is a fake and ends up escaping.

Again, what does this have to do with Walder? I'm pretty sure he did not demand this to happen.

And the Crown doesn't aid Roose in talking Moat Cailin or in taking out Stannis or defending the North.

There is no  suggestion in the books that this was ever part of the deal.

And now everyone insults and hates Freys.

So pretty much the status quo of Westeros before the Red Wedding, but the Freys are considerably richer in land as a result.

Yes but at the time of the Blackfish held Riverrun.

Well Walder wants a grandson to be Warden of the North which he (the grandson) might end up losing at a young age.

Yes but now though they have created lots of backlash and outrage. Before they where upstarts and an inconvenience, but now they have defied the laws of gods and men. Something that people hold sacred.

Well in one line Jaime just insulted Sybell Spicer and Walder Frey at the same time.

er, yeah and now he does not thanks to the Crown. I'm not sure your point here. Walder Frey was well aware that the Blackfish held Riverrun when he made his deal with the Crown.

Where is it mentioned that Walder wanted this? Where is it suggested that this was part of Wader's deal?

By siding with rebels they created a backlash. They were one of the main Houses that joined Robb in paying the Westerlands back in kind.

They were screwed either way, at least this way they gained lands and a pardon.

Yup. Not sure your point. Walder Frey wanted revenge against Robb, he achieved that as well as other prizes. Jaime did not respect the Freys before or after the Red Wedding.

You mention a number of Bolton deals, which would not concern the Freys.

What Walder Frey has always concerned himself with is the survival of his house, which is why he showed up late to the Trident, he does not want to find himself on the losing side.

As I said, Robb has lost the North and now must abandon the Riverlands and take all the Northmen to go retake it from the Ironborn.  What will happen to the Freys when Tywin regroups his armies and marches in full strength against the Riverlands?

So his choice was fight the Lannisters and Tyrells with Edmure or his son gets Riverrun, that along with what he believes will be the safety of his house was all he needed to betray Robb.

This is the best offer Walder will get, he wasn't going to get better from Robb.

The Bolton side of the deal does effect Walder Frey though. He wants to have one of his great-grandsons being Lord of the Dreadfort, Warden of the North and Lord Paramount of the North something that would be much harder if there was I don't know Tyrion Lannister's son to take away the second and third titles.
