Manhole Eunuchsbane
Happy 4th everybody! Just got back from the waterfront and watched the fireworks display with my family. The reactions from my grandson were priceless. I know many of us here don't have a ton to celebrate these days, what with the political situation and all, but I still believe that this country is worth celebrating. Hope all of you had a good 4th. Ser Jorah Marmot
Glad you enjoyed the fourth. Being in Switzerland, there were no celebrations, except when the Swiss Army had an unrelated ceremony in a public park. Their old muskets sound about the same as ours. I hope the US can grow to be that great country your grandson takes it for.

Thanks for the kind words though. I too hope this country can pull out of its' present nosedive so that my grandson might actually enjoy it as much as he enjoyed last night's fireworks display.
