snow is the man
I know it is probably obvious but what did that mean. The two hands thing. Given how jaime and cersei reacted to it I thought it might mean he gets with jaime and cersei
Holly Macaroni
It was meant as a taunt to Jaime, Cersei's (not so)secret lover, who has only one hand. He was proposing to marry her, showing off he's better/more useful than Jaime.
Charlie Hustle
he was throwing serious shade at Jamie. Like when he replied to Cerscei knowing he killed his brother, he said, "you should try it, it feels good"

Unlady B
^^ Well, Cersei does want one of her siblings dead, there's even a price on his head.

Charlie Hustle
i think tyrion is too smart to put himself in a position to be captured by his siblings. Maybe he'll chance with Jamie, but definitely not Cerscei.
Wut Wut
Euron obviously knows that Jamie and Cersei are close, it isn't smart for him to insult Jamie if he wants to impress Cersei
Neverborn
It means that Euron "I have a big dick" Greyjoy doesn't has small hands... D&D are more political than you would imagine.

Well, the "dick at all" was what helped him winning the election against yara and theon. The "big dick" was what he wanted to offer daenerys besides the iron fleet (according to his election speech).
