Philokles
Areo Hotah. No need for anyone else. Arya and Jaime, if I could have his POV from the start.
Faereth
Arya and Jon. Although I was tempted to choose Arya and Sansa. Basically they were always the chapters I looked forward to the most, although Jaime is right up there too.

Rusty Winchester
The drunken escapades of Robert and Thoros. Actually this would be better as a show. HBO, please feel free to start throwing money at me any time.
300 H&H Magnum
Daenerys is the only story I would choose. The rest can be built around her story arc. I'm really not interested in the white walkers or anything to do with the north.
Apoplexy
Jaime (which I presume would include Brienne's arc) Jon Although I'm just as tempted to say Jaime and Arya or Jaime and Sansa

Lucius Lovejoy
Jaime - he is the most relatable character, is present from day one, and has a wit about him that makes him enjoyable to read. Fascinating character study. Stannis - import westeros based storyline that touches on the iron throne, the north, and the wall / great war. Probably destined to be a tragic character, but his complexion - strengths and flaws and rigidity - make him the most interesting contender for the iron throne and AAR to me. He is my favorite character.
Visenya Stark
Jon - his story deals with the White Walker threat Tyrion - his story has connections with a lot of the other major characters and it deals with the political side of ASOIAF
Ashes Of Westeros
Sansa and Jon I was tempted to name Tyrion, but his ADWD arc bored me to death.
