1. Probably not, but you never know.

2. Probably bitched about it but no one listened.

3. Elmar. Ramsay will cause lots of suffering before he is toppled while Elmar will likely be toppled easier and faster.

4. I would think so, yes.

1. No. He was a kid. The kids were probably not in the room, and definitely would not have been in on the planning.

2. He probably cried again about losing his princess.

3. That wouldn't even happen. Elmar lives in the Riverlands. But I'd choose the kid who's sad about losing his princess over the psycho with the skinning fetish any day.

4. Off the top of my head, no. But it's possible. If he's actually Black Walder's son he will have Royce blood from his great-grandmother (Walder's first wife, I think). Don't know if that would bring him into play or not.

Being Roose's squire he should have appeared. I wouldn't be surprised if Martin has forgotten about him.
