Jon is permanently dead one way or another, the only northern threat for the boltons will be a possible baelish/ Sansa vale and eventually the white walkers. What happens to Selyse and Shireen sounds more interesting but I really don't know what it would be.
Universal Sword Donor
Lots of wildlings die south of the wall as opposed to north of it. North is pretty much a lost cause. Of course if Mance had bothered putting together anything more than a cocktail napkin assault plan, the NW would have stood a chance whether or not Stannis died amd showed up with his army. Floki of the Ironborn
If Stannis dies on the Blackwater, the wildlings overrun the North and Mance tries to rally everyone to defend the Wall. But he won't ever command the loyalties of the Northern houses, and the Boltons will be able to rally the North against Mance. The Wall is neglected, and the White Walkers invade.
