My predictions

I might get some of these right, only time will tell, so for that reason be warned of potential spoilers.

Cersi is actually heroic and Tyrian is actually evil.
Tyrian was involved in one small way or another for the death of Joffrey, Marcela, and Tommin. Whether by aquiring a poison necklace from the Dorn (or Dorian?) family, or by persuading Tommin he has nothing to live for but for Margaery, or by pitting the Dorn (or Dorian?) mom to kill Marcela.

Xaro Xhoan Daxos will make another appearance after having spent his years (the exact amount of time is not known) in his prison. He has been eating rotten flesh for all this time and it was the appropriate reason for having imprisoned him with Doreah.

Fire and Ice - the child Danaerys bears will be the true king.
Sam doesn't know it yet but he is to inherit a vast fortune in property.
Jaqen H'ghar will be revealed to be Syrio Forel

Ygritte makes an appearance as a white walker.

Ned and Caetlyn make an appearance in a flashback somewhere in order to provide a sweet closure to the viewing audience. I think Bran will see some sort of vision which will provide sense to their death. Some people think Ned was such a great guy but remember, he killed an innocent young man for telling the truth about the white walkers. Caetlyn was extremely cruel to Jon and wished that Jon was in Bran's place. At that time everyone gave up hope for Bran who was in a coma and was thought to be on his deathbed, yeah Caetlyn wished that upon Jon Snow.

Are these book predictions?  Because they don't make sense as far as the show goes. Here's why:

1. Tyrion did not get the necklace.  That was all set up by Olyena and Littlefinger.

2. Tyrion had no interaction with Tommen while he was king. Tyrion was arrested immediately following Joffrey's death and fled King's Landing after Red Viper v the  Mountain.

3. Ellaria Sand planned Myrcella's death as retribution for Oberyn's death.  She hates the Lannister's and Myrcella was the only one she could get her hands on.

4. Xaro Xhoan Daxos was locked in the vault (on the show). No chance he has survived all this time on the rotting flesh of Doreah.  timeline wise, years have past since Dany was in Qarth...

5. Ygritte's body was burned in a funeral pyre. No chance she is undead.  If she was, she'd be a wight, not a White Walker.

6. The guy Ned beheaded was sentenced to die for deserting the Night's Watch.  King's law says that is a crime punishable by death.  he wasn't innocent based on that...
