Myshkin
I think we can all agree on that. Now, carry on. ETA: Changed thread title in light of recent events.

Manhole Eunuchsbane
Both pitchers looking pretty sharp thus far. And what sort of dental plan do the Yanks offer? Aaron Judge has some jacked up looking chiclets there.
Myshkin
Judge has become Pedro Cerrano; he mashes fastballs, but can't handle the offspeed stuff. Like Cerrano, it's high time for him to say "fuck you Jobu, I do it myself!"

There's so much space between his teeth, it looks like his tongue is in prison.

Manhole Eunuchsbane
If that kid is 5'6, I'm a sentient unicorn fart. And wtf, Dell? Cow satellite collars? We have kids that go to sleep hungry in this country, but hey, we've also got cow satellite collars! Kind of a wash, I guess?

Manhole Eunuchsbane
Tanaka with the ice cold Godzilla blood running in his veins. That strikeout pitch to Correa was ballsy as fuck.
Ramsay B.
Tanaka looked great, you can't ask for more than that. Fucking Keuchel just owns us. Let's see if Judge can make contact twice in a row!!
Arch-MaesterPhilip
Why does a 2-1 loss feel like a 21-1 loss?
Manhole Eunuchsbane
Really good game. Both teams pitched well. That crazy good Marwin Gonzalez throw to the plate was the difference. Great start to this series.

Tanaka pitched great, and they worked Giles quite a bit. Expected them to lose tonight. Now make Verlander pitch, get him out early, expose that pen underbelly tomorrow, and go back home with a split.

If he out pitches Verlander, then this outcome is likely.

Albeit this is verging on an aphorism - as in the key to the Yanks winning game 2 is outscoring the Astros.

Which I'm assuming is baseball.

I wouldn't say he pitched great, he wasn't nearly as sharp as he was in his start against the Indians. He held them to two runs which was good but Keuchel embarrassed them.
