Jon, AFAIK, is not in love with Arya, unless there is a new book I haven't read. Furthermore, Sansa has not been greedy for prestige for quite some time. For the briefest of moments, I have entertained this thought, but the more I thought about it, the less it made sense. I don't think it would happen in the books.
