Since there're no official errata, I come with this by diff the Bantam kindle ebook v3.1(which I guess equal to the 2nd or 3rd print), v3.1r3, and v3.1r4(which is the latest version). Updates in v3.1r4 only contain 3 typos.

Here are what I find(typos, revision of family trees are omitted.):

1. Aegon III, P84
A surpassingly beautiful child, Daenaera was but six when the princesses Rhaena and Baela presented her to the king—the last of a thousand maids who had been presented him at the great ball of 133 AC.

(to match Mercy in TWoW)

3. Robert's Rebellion, P128
And after a partial victory at Ashford, which led to Robert's withdrawal, the Stormlands were left open to Lord Tyrell. Bringing the might of the Reach to bear, the reachlords swept away all resistance and settled in to besiege Storm's End.
The partial victory at Ashford, which led to Robert's march to the riverlands, had left the Stormlands open to Lord Tyrell. Bringing the might of the Reach to bear, the reachlords swept away all resistance and settled in to besiege Storm's End.
(to flatter the king, I guess)

4. The Riverlands, P156
HOUSE MUDD, of Oldstones (last dynasty of the First Men to rule the riverlands)

5. The Westerlands, P196

(The Parrens are also listed in The Reach section.)

6. The Westerlands, P201

7. The Westerlands, P202
Instead that redoubtable woman sent forth her own knights and captured three Lannisters. Two of the captives were Lannisters of Lannisport, distant kin to the Lannisters of Casterly Rock, but the third was a young squire, Stafford Lannister, the eldest son and heir of Lord Tytos's late brother, Ser Jason.

Two of the captives were Lannisters of Lannisport, distant kin to the Lannisters of Casterly Rock, but the third was a young squire, Stafford Lannister, the eldest son of the late Ser Jason Lannister by his second wife.
(Damon, son of Jason& Alys Stackspear became the eldest son and heir instead.)

8. The Stormlands, P228

(adopted from the MUSH, I guess)

Other odds&ends Ran confirmed but never get into the book:

9. Maegor I, P59
