purple-eyes
Then Cersei probably will have love affair with Lancel? Then rest of the story will be kind of similar?

Then maybe Cersei will try to find another lover. I am not sure in this case if Cersei will have children with this lover because their children will likely give people hint that they are just bastards (like Rhaenyra's Strong boys). I feel that the only reason GRRM made Cersei and Jaime as mirror-like siblings is that their children would look just like Cersei, thus hard to figure out they are not Robert's children. If Cersei chose to have children with Robert, then there will be no murder of Jon Arryn, no death of Ned, no War of five kings. Dany will still get dragons, then she will come back and fight with Robert or his trueborn son for iron throne.

Serafina
Tywin would kill off his project of a marriage between Cersei and Robert. Consequently, Robert as a fresh new king would lose all Lannister's support. The lords would interpret that as a lack of authority on Westeros and would fight each other (maybe Doran would not wait 15 years to get revenge for Elia and her children). Ralphis Baratheon
Cersei would put Good Queen Alysanne to shame by visiting the Wall a dozen times compared to Alysanne's one appearance. The Watch would name Castle's after Queen Cersei. Cersei would also force as many men as possible to take the Black to protect her beloved twin. Ned and the rest of the North would respect this and it would earn her their loyalty.

Frey Kings
Out of all the 19 castles, they will pick the best, renovate the castle thats fit for a King and Queen, hot springs, exotic wines, servants, guards and then every so often, Jaime would head to WF and push bran off a tower. TMIFairy
Tywin can do fuck all but sulk. He is but one Lord versus the four of STAB. But he will still push for Cersei-Bobby marriage. Cersei is unhappy but probably faithful. She still kills him, though ... No repeated visits to the Wall - Alysanne did that by dragon, didn't she? Cersei, by wheelhouse? If once than this is all ... The hairy bear
Of course things would have fared much better for Robert, his dynasty and his realm. The two biggest questions are whether Tywin would had offered Cersei to Robert if he had sent Jaime to the Wall, and if Tyrion would have been acknowledged as the heir to the Rock somehow. Faera
Cersei might well have had another lover or many other lovers to replace Jaime and have children with. However, if she was smart about it, she would have allowed Robert to impregnate her still and only taken lovers when already pregnant. Knowing Cersei, though, she probably would have just taken men who remind her of Jaime i.e. herself because of her narcissism.

Canon Claude
If Robert sent Jaime to the Wall, Tywin would intercept Jaime’s escort and take Jaime back to the west by force. He would declare that his son was no longer a Kingsguard and that Robert was a false king with no authority to send Jaime to the Wall. Robert and Ned would be forced into a second war with Tywin, and the Reach would take the opportunity to sweep in and wipe out both sides after they’d been demoralized and worn down. Then they’d arrange for Viserys and Daenerys to be returned and present them with the heads of Tywin, Robert, Eddard, Stannis, Jon Arryn, Jaime, and who knows who else. That is not Tywin-like, what does he hopes to gain from this he knows this is a war he cannot win and he wants stability peace and success of house Lannister, did he kidnap Jamie when he was named KG and proclaim Aerys being false king? No. He would marry Cersei to Robert and raise some Lannister to be his new heir or try and find a way to release Jamie of his oath. It is kinda pointless question since it makes no sense to send Jamie to the Wall.
