Isis Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 I think that Neil Gaiman is much better at short stories than he is at novels. He has three or four collections of short stories and I would recommend all of them. If you can find a copy then read Dragons and Warrior Daughters (edited by Jane Yolen) I had this as a teen and loved it (still have my copy). williamjm Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 I read Ted Chiang's short story collection The Story of Your Life and Others last Christmas, primarily because the title story had been adapted into the film Arrival but I thought almost all the other stories in it were good as well.
