I was only doing English peopel or consorts so that's why I didn't add Lucrezia Borgia for Cersei.

Richard III represents Ned Stark in how much the north of England loves him, but other than that, there isn't much resemblence as Ned would certainly have never usurped and possibly killed his nephews.
