Martin's Fire and Ice Series, Volumes 1-4 with same number and rights to the remainder of the series published by Subterranean Press with the same number: A Game of Thrones (published by Meisha Merlin and ready to ship) A Clash of Kings (published by Meisha Merlin and ready to ship) A Storm of Swords (published by Subterranean Press and ready to ship) A Feast of Crows (to be published by Subterranean Press and will ship upon publication) I've dealt with them on a number of occasions. Namely, if SubPress has an item sold out before publication, go to Tony. They are very good to work with, and even have a lay-away program.
