Where can I find

I've been searching for the audiobooks aswell, and havent found too much, but some.

You could download them from itunes if you prefer that option. I do not know what quality they have, but take a look at http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore...tist?id=2067983

Im not sure if all four books are available from itunes.

Another option is audio cassette. The first 3 books have been published on cassettes, but this is not an option for me.

The third, perhaps the most interesting option is CD.

You can get A Feast for Crows on CD at amazon at a good price.

The 3 first books however is not to easy to get on CD at a fair price.

A game of thrones

A clash of kings

A storm of swords I havent found any sites that sell it. The audiobook is made on CD however, as these ebay auctions show:

A game of thrones - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...A:IT&ih=001

A clash of kings - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...A:IT&ih=001

The books on CD are expensive. Download them from audible.com for a fraction of the price. Don't have an MP3 player? It's still cheaper to buy a low-end flash MP3 player than to buy the CDs new. Or, look for a deal on E-Bay if that's the route you want to go. If you have the patience to work the Audible membership system for a few months, you can get all 4 books for less than $50 (US), at least I did- probably a year ago.

Audible files are DRMed and don't play on a random MP3 player. They are also low bit rate. An audible subscription is certainly the cheapest and easiest way to get the audiobooks but one has to keep in mind that you don't get the same value as with the CDs.

that must be new i burned my audible versions of AGOT and ASOS for my dad and he plays on his cd player

You can burn audible files to CD but they'll only let you do it once and you have to use their software, which isn't very reliable in my experience. And burning low-bit rate MP3 to CD won't restore the sound quality of the original CDs.

I burned my audible ones for my wife before she got her ipod. It took almost 120 cds to burn the first 3 book. I cant recall exactly but I think the third book was about 48 alone. I recommend audible if your player can play the files. I have a very large ipod and fast internet so I just download the best quality version. They sound great and are cheap

They are DRMed, but Audible supports a very large assortment of MP3 players. As far as sound quality goes, you're listening to a man (in this case) read a book. Low bit rate isn't an issue IMO.
