Commodore Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 Well I've cancelled my account. I hyped this game to no end on this board and the final product is dissapointing to say the least. It was sold as a rich man's DAoC (i.e. all the fun of DAoC RvR with the polish of WoW), when in fact it's nothing more than a poor man's WoW (a virtual clone of WoW with some suprisingly badly implemented RvR concepts). potsherds Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 Huh. I guess I can't relate to this feeling. I'm not terribly fond of WoW, though. Don't get me wrong, WAR is not something one can play day after day and not get bored, but I find WoW to be much the same, just with never-ending grinding unless you're in a guild.
