I think casting suggestions should be accompanied by a link to a picture

I see all these names and have to google them and a lot of times, with more common first/last names, I can't find out who you guys are talking about. Find a simple google link or picture of the actor/actress and just pop it in your post next to their name. Please! Spare a lazy guy some trouble.
