So nearly 7/10 people acknowledge that the system is pretty shoddy for the populace. But at the same time over 6/10 are satisfied with what they have at the moment. A solid majority. This helps illustrate how difficult of a political issue that this is.

This reminds me of the time when it came out that 60% of Americans believed Congress was corrupt, but 60% also believed their local representative was clean.
