Sansa's memory related to Sandor

As long as he is alive, Tywin is decided find her a new husband, but while Cersei couldn’t really refuse to obey her father,

Yes, she could. Tyrion thinks to himself at one point that Tywin should have been asking Cersei's leave to go, not the other way around. Cersei subordinates herself to her father's will (this is an example of the control Tywin has over his children), but he can't make her marry, no more than he can force Jaime to leave the KG. Can't you just see the Queen Dowager being dragged down the aisle like Sansa was?

Lady Lisa, who is still relatively young (she is probably a little over 30) is also pressed hard to marry again, her husband becoming automatically then Lord Protector of the Vale,

Untrue. Lysa chose to name him the Lord Protector. She did not have to do it. Do you think that the lords of the Vale, as pissed as they were about the whole thing, would have let LF seize control of the Vale against Lysa's wishes? Catelyn was named Robb's regent by Ned but when the war started she allowed Robb to take control. At first, he thought she would send him back North and that was her right.

Lady Mormont becomes chief of her house again because there is no other male heir, but she is the only one who appears to be a true ruler, and an apt one.

Do we know there is no male heir? No cousins? Are we sure she is unmarried?

Sansa is still extremely young, but even if she were older, it would still be her husband taking over Winterfell.

There are plenty of examples of female rulers in the books (here is another, Lady Waynwood, and she even has sons!) to establish that Sansa can legitimately rule Winterfell -- if she has the power base to enforce her rule.

It is not commonplace for women to rule, and things are dependent on the dynamics of the marriage and the woman's own wishes. But it is not unheard of, either.
