Laohu Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 It has been roughly five days since the blu-rays and dvd's have been released, which is probably more than enough time for a lot of forum readers to see every minute the discs have to offer. On the other hand, it is still the middle of the weekend! Anyway, I was curious what were your favorite features of the first season on blu-ray and dvd!Personally, I am a huge sucker for audio commentaries that play over the individual episodes. It is a real treat to be able to get the contributors' (actors, writers, or directors) own take on the scenes as well as their personal stories on/off the set. Of course, who would not want to hear GRRM talk about the episode he wrote as it plays? Other than that, I really enjoyed Lena Headey, Mark Addy, and Nicolaj Coster-Waldeau commentary on episode 2, especially Lena!I still have not had a chance to take a look at the Blu-Ray dragon eggs, but I will take care of those tomorrow!What about you all?
