Theon and Victarion Greyjoy are also two of my favorite names. Runners up definitely include Edric Storm, Selsye, Davos Seaworth, Renly, Ellaria, Oberyn, and Balon Swann. I also think that Lyanna is a beautiful name but my personal favorite name is Rhylona Rhee, the minstrel who was assassinated by the Sons of the Harpy.
