I'm having a hard time understanding what the mystery is here. Read your question again, closely:"Why would anyone cast super hot porn stars in a TV show?" The Killer Snark Posted March 6, 2014 Share Posted March 6, 2014 Thing is, and I'm not attempting any longer to be facetious, but there have a number of adult actresses or mainstream actresses who have engaged in hardcore sex scenes in either pornographic movies or in art films, who happen to be of an excellent quality. I am thinking not of the appallingly overrated Nine Songs, to give a famous example, but of the performances of actually talented actresses who have not been averse to performing sex acts in a range of excellent films ranging from Realm of the Senses, Lie With Me, Shortbus, Clip, Nymphomaniac, Romance X, and Q:Desire, and Borowczyk's best films into the bargain, simply to toss in the names of movies that immediately spring to mind. Even in the realm of straightforward pornography there are people one can think of, Lorena Sanchez for starters, now retired, who actually have talent; they can actually well act.
