Corvo Attano
If the Freys are destroyed, the area around the twins would probably go to The Mallisters, and the castles should be pulled down and used to build more bridges over that river
Florent Vixen
The Freys will be destroyed from within and from outside.Hopefully, Lord Frey will live to see the Towers pulled downand the bridge open to everyone. He can spend his last daysliving under the bridge like the malevolent troll/ toad he is.
Lordling
Big Walder in the long run (no matter where he is in the succession!)I agree with this. When we first meet Big Walder [ACOK Bran I] there is an interesting bit of potential foreshadowing:Little Walder says "...neither of us will ever hold the Twins, stupid.""I will," Big Walder declared.!!Also, after ADWD, he seems like a pretty decent guy. Additionally (and this could be important later), Rickon liked him.

Seems to me that he should not be underestimated.
Winterz
They will be slaughtered by their own men and then..House Frey is no more.
finger
When Stannis attacks from the North and Bronze Yhon from the South, the Frey's are toast.A son of Bronze Yohn. It's the bait (price?) of LF to attract him to his side.
Ser Duncan of Flea Bottom
I think a lot of Freys heirs will die in the next booksI think the House will be extinguished or someone very unlikely will rule House Frey, some distant heir

Dave17
I think all the Frey's will be killed and it will go to either Edmure's kid or possible Benjen Stark (If he lives and the NW is no more, he will be a Stark without land)If not it will go to one of the 'good' Freys
Caggo Corpsekiller
I imagine that the Freys are going to more or less murder each other into extinction, with the BwB to pick up the remains.I agree, I think the Freys will cease to exist as a house by the end of the series. They are cursed by the old gods and the new. That's bad, m'kay
Valandui
I'm hoping for Perwyn or, even better, Olyvar. Both seemed like good people, they didn't take part in the Red Wedding, and really the only thing they have against them is the name Frey.Olyvar will probably end up as Lord Rosby, so Perwyn. joluoto
Black Walder. He is ruthless. He is systematically taking out those ahead in the succession. He might even be planning some RW like thing to cleanse the family of everyone he can't trust or use. However Lame Lothar will probably stab him in the back. He might actually be as ruthless as Black Walder, or worse, considering he was the "director" of the Red Wedding.
Beathag
I'd be surprised if the Twins are still standing by the end of the story. Agreed. I think the Freys are all doomed because of the Red Wedding. Like TOJ, the castles and bridges will be pulled down.
