Does anyone think The Mad Mouse captures Sansa and takes her to KL?

I think you're onto something good, brashcandy. She's thinking about Lothar Brune a little too much for it to have no meaning within the narrative.

Sansa has found the key to Lothar's heart, that's for sure, and it's Mya. Littlefinger doesn't see Lothar as a man, and at the end of the day, that's what he is. If Sansa can appeal to that... And Littlefinger is kissing Sansa, completely unaware that at the same time, she's thinking about kissing the Hound, she knows the key to his heart, too. A couple of big strong warrior guys who could be on her side.

Indeed. Sansa has been closely observing Lothor from the time she arrives in the Fingers - noting his good qualities and slowly building some kind of rapport with him (since he shares his family history); and it does have intriguing parallels to the relationship she developed with the Hound - another one that LF has no idea about, and may play a big part in his undoing.

Do we even know why Varys wants Sansa? Maybe his plan is to marry her to Aegon all along. He seems content to allow Cersei to continue to muck things up. So all in all I think she could very well end up in KL but not given to Cersei.

As far as anyone is concerned, Sansa remains the "key to the North," e.g. the best chance to get the North to resubmit to the Iron Throne. Even a straight invasion would probably fail. The North is to large, to wild, and to in love with its Starks.

That doesn't mean Varys wants to pair Aegon with Sansa, though. In fact, all evidence suggests contrary. Sansa's already married. We can talk about annullments, but a surer way to end the marriage would be to kill/let die Tyrion. Instead, he sends Tyrion to Aegon to advise him. Meanwhile, Aegon was on his way to Danaerys to ask her hand in marriage. Sansa doesn't need to be married to Aegon to still have value as "the key to the North." All she needs to be is willing to be loyal to the IT.
