Light a wight tonight
What a lot of people have said. On second reading it really opens up and reveals half-hidden things. If you're reading for blood and guts you won't find as much here but there's so much more to the plot lines than that. A Feast for Crows may have become my favorite. Max Greyjoy
AFFC was awesome in my opinion. Especially the expansion on the Iron Islands and Dorne. I actually found them the most interesting. Both have fascinating cultures.
DavosSeaworthy
Feast and Dance are both 'reset' books. Storm was crazy and tied up a number of loose ends while presenting new storyline opportunities and the continuation of the unresolved storylines from Storm. They are both great books that did a great job setting up the remaining books. Yes, they were slower and didn't have as much action as the other books, but they did their intended purpose, I enjoyed both of them very much. Winds of Winter blow cold
I don't hate it, but when I get ADWD in paperback (I have it on Kindle) I may try the reread at the same time thing that is so popular these days.
