Roose bolton - How can he survive?

We're being asked questions about how anybody knows Roose was involved. Why wouldn't HE have to prove he WASN'T involved. Of all the lords and men killed and taken hostage how the heck did HE walk out unscathed with a promotion to Warden of the North no less. This isn't a court of law, he doesn't get reasonable doubt, he'll be guilty until proven innocent and there will be no way he'd be able to talk his way out of things. They all think he's guilty already and he'd have to prove he isn't which he won't be able to do in a room full of people suspicious and holding a grudge.

Yeah. And to all the people saying roose never swore fealty to Robb. Roose killed the king of the people he surrounded himself with. They will want revenge. And with stannis knocking on the doors of winterfell, it's time for him to go bye bye

I think that you might be overestimating Roose's cunning. I have a feeling he could survive longer than most might expect but cannot see him surviving the series. My hope is that The Greatjon, or Rickon get hold of him. Flaying would then be the least of his worries.
