Nevermind...I know what I was doing wrong

I do not see the URL option being available anymore. I signed up for Gravatar but do not understand how it works. I have an avatar listed as my PRIMARY on Gravatar. Go to Change Photo in Settings and my e-mail address is there and I have selected gravatar, but that it allows me to change. It does not let me see my primary avatar (or any of my others for that matter) --NOW just noticed people are saying it takes a few minutes before image appears.. -EDIT: Still no avatar for me. I am not sure what I am doing wrong
