My Mom always baked a lot(at least once a week/bi-weekly)when I was growing up, and I now find myself enjoying it. My son and I love making banana bread, that's definitely my go-to, but I'm not afraid to try baking other things. We're seeing family this weekend so I'm adjusting my banana bread recipe to be a pumpkin bread recipe, but with sugar-substitute(Swerve) to make the wife happy.
