  1. But do the Russians (Martells) love their children too? Is trystane that expendable to Doran??
  2. it makes me sad that people being sad about the show makes you sad
  3. I took it to mean that she had since married Hizdahr and took off that wedding ring so as to appear as if she was still khal Drogos mourning widow?
  4. For Ramsay it would be simple, I didn't see Roose in the battle, only Ramsay, so by show logic Roose could be in meereen for all we know, but your explanation was actually really good, it's just a shame you had to explain it and not D&D
  5. I just realised that maybe D&D perhaps got Ramsay snow and Jon snows lines mixed up before season 1. Perhaps Jon snow and Ramsay snow were switched as babies, perhaps Lyanna is Ramsays mother? Perhaps Ramsay is the prince who was promised and his is the song of ice and fire. What a secret D&D have kept, and it has been hidden so well, Ramsay is Azor Ahai, what marvellous story telling, I only just worked it out, it all makes sense now!
  6. because Ramsay has shown such diplomacy towards former foes in the past, geez Ramsay did well in that 20 mins he had to recruit all of Stannis deserters, enlist them and provide them with heraldry and then set them upon Stannis, did he also pay them with the iron banks money? Ramsay Ahai is a military genius, diplomat and counter insurgency expert, the white walkers stand not a chance against him!
  7. Not hate, but sufferance, the first two seasons of the show were awesome to me and inspired me to read the books, I was a huge fan until this season but unfortunately I have really really disliked this seasons "offerings". However I am too invested in the show now, it's like an accident I cannot turn away from. Watching episode 10 tonight was painful, I have never been angry at at a TV show for the whole episode ever, I was constantly arguing with it and finding fault, it is was worse then watching your team get flogged in a football game, even jorah was idiotic when blaming Tyrion for his predicament, all the characters are suddenly bipolar or schizophrenic, but I know I will keep watching and waiting for next season, I consider myself a captive audience
  8. Whatever, showstannis is made out to be an idiot! He sleeps so heavily that first Ramsays twenty navy seals sneak in and destroy his camp, and then he sleeps through while half his army and all his horses mutineer and then he arrives at winterfell with no plan and gets whipped by Ramsay for a third time, he deserves to die for being so incompetent, his downfall was a pathetic mockery of his character, disgraceful story telling
  9. Maybe we all have it completely wrong! Is it possible that the white walkers are the protagonists in Game of Thrones?
  10. Welcome to "a game of thrones" starring D&D Bolton of the dreadfort! What a ridiculous show tonight, the message is clear, in westeros do not ever have honour or attempt anything or you will die badly at the hands of a psychopath
  11. D&D love Ramsay because they are Ramsay, they faceless man'd his face!!!!
  12. Drogon not only saved Daenerys but the episode itself. I do not understand Stannis being depicted the way he has been, it was completely out of character for both book and show Stannis to suddenly burn his only child. Jaime is unrecognisable to me, not because he now has a conscience that is part of his arc but because show Jaime has had his balls cut off, he has no backbone anymore. However Drogon swooping down to save Daenerys was awesome, I had tears in my eyes it was so moving to me. The only concern I had with it is that Drogon seemed to me as if he had shrunk a little from previous episodes and I thought his scales would deflect Spears better than that, I think he has to grow and toughen a little before he could oppose and intimidate the others!
  13. I agree with this sentiment, we all joined this forum I believe because something about the show or the books attracted or excited us, otherwise what the hell are we doing here? If we all agreed on everything it would become very boring very quickly so on this discussion thread ultimately we should all feel free to express our appreciation or our disappointments in the episodes, isn't that what forums are for?
  14. They are acting rather well, all of them are playing there parts as well as they possibly can, just because some people don't like what they are having to say, or how the character is being portrayed does not mean the actors are doing a bad job, I find all of them really convincing
  15. Just as an afterthought, what is Loras being tried for? Is being gay an actual crime in Westeros? In one scene when Margery was courting Joffrey in Joffreys Chambers didn't he remark that he was considering outlawing the behaviours of his uncle Renly? Doesn't that mean that it was legal to be Gay at the time. Speaking of which, I am now starting to reminisce about Joffrey, how crazy is the show making me that I am actually starting to think "I wish Joffrey was here, he would know what to do?? Red God help me!
  16. I actually thought that episode 6 was the best so far. Littlefingers plan started to make more sense, albeit quite optimistic, and he never should have left Sansa to that fate, but it actually made sense for the most part, Jorahs finding out his fathers death was really well shot and some of the plots and actions are starting to make a little more sense. However the final scene involving Sansa was terrible, just terrible, I really wanted her to escape that, or kill ramsay or something, LF should not have left her to that if he was truly a mastermind as he is being portrayed!
