Slug 'em back - Drinking Continues!

...and I'm back. Does any of you have any NYC recommendation? My gf is there on a holiday for a week and I'm counting on her to bring me back something. I know the usual suspects (Other Half, Interboro, KCBC) and I'm interested in craft beer bars (Manhattan & Brooklyn) and beer stores. Thanks in advance!

First day in London. Both Hop Lockers in South Bank. Mainly the one close to the street food stalls. It was lunch time and the food was good too. Had a couple IPAs from Deca, a Jamaican Blue Speedway - sweeter than the other versions I tried - , something from Verdant. Then me and my drinking buddy moved to Bermondsey. One beer each at each BBNo. The saison with lime had too much lime. The coffee pale ale lacked coffee but was very easy drinking. A new collaboration lager involving Moor and an Italian brewery from Venice. Decent. An excellent collaboration IRS involving Brewski and Cycle. My second IRS of the day and it was a little sweet as well, but I loved it. Dinner in a lovely ramen venue close to Piccadilly and then a classic cask ale from Salopian at the Craft Beer Co in Covent Garden to close the day.

Crak Guerrilla Celebration 2018, a really fine NE IPA from one of the best breweries in Italy.

Back on the forum after a long, long while. So, what are you having?

Jupiler (same owner, of course) is more popular in Belgium than Stella, afaik.

    [Spoilers] EP602

One of the few things I still have lots of problems with the show is how Jaime is confident of his fighting skills compared to the books, where he knows he is a mediocre left-hand swordsman. Sure, it doesn't take much to kill an unarmed man, but...

Had a few different Cantillons on draft last Saturday - sadly a bit too young to be really remarkable, but still very good. Also, some fresh U.S. beer just arrived through some trading friend. Many from Bell's, one Surly-Mikkeller collab. and a few others. All pretty good.

I'm tempted to improvise a visit to a Zwanze event near Bergamo, but I'm not quite sure yet.   Next week I'll be at the Borefts Beer Festival, aka De Molen Festival, in Bodegraven, Netherlands.

Once again I need your help.   Any thoughts on Gosnells London Mead? I might get a hold of a case, but I never tried it and I'd love to know if it's any good.

I heard from someone I trust that the Ducato collaboration brew with some Maine brewer was actually very good, but I haven't tried it myself.
