As I said prior, you can twist whatever you need to fit your narrative, which is quite apparent from some of your other videos. The Tysha and Tywin one, for example. You infer things, like the warped wish fulfillment fantasy for Benioff, because it suits you. Piecing together snippets doesn't give the full picture, it gives the picture that you want it to. It doesn't matter at all if Clarke didn't comprehend what was happening, she wouldn't be the first actor on the show to have that problem. Like a professional, she did what was asked of her though, same as Stephen Dillane did, whether it made sense or not (definitely a not in Dillane's case). And I'll ask again because I feel that this is important to know, Have you done any research on other shows to compare whether they have any archived scripts that are different from the end results on the screen?

I'm curious as to when concept art became definitive proof that something was supposed to take place. By its very definition, an art form in which the artist's intent is to convey a concept rather than to create an art object. I'll fully admit to not watching this entire thing, but from what I've seen, it's all been twisted to fit your narrative. Especially the script that says wildfire twice, then says the fire is spreading quickly, not that the wildfire is spreading quickly like you somehow infer to be fact. And yes, I've watched through the cross referencing from the Blu-ray. I don't disagree with any of this. They always put out something when talent is released, so if they didn't this time, imagine how much worse the backlash would be than it already is. They'd be accused of trying to cover up the fact that they laid people off. It's really a no-win situation all around for the company and the employees, but the vitriol I've seen is a bit much IMO. Showing support for the wrestlers is a positive thing, but spewing typical internet hate shit is not. The latter is what I've seen the most of unfortunately, but not unexpectedly. Non-wrestling related, but since I've got you, have you heard anything on the OBJ to Minnesota scuttlebutt?

True, but most of the grumbling I've seen doesn't involve that. It's more that Vince is a piece of shit (everyone already knows this so I don't see it being particularly relevant) for laying people off at the moment. End of story. That's not a valid reason to be super pissed that a small fraction of mostly unused talent got laid off, and most are rumored to have received nice sized departing payoffs as well. I hate to see anyone losing their job during these times, but who's actually surprised at shady moves by billion dollar companies anymore?

Seems like the internet is super butt hurt over these layoffs. There's like 22 million other people that this happened to, and sure WWE is a huge company and most likely could have kept paying these people while taking the ding to their profitability, but there's a ton of larger companies than them laying off people too. Smarks gonna smark.

I thought it was hot garbage as well. Strangely I liked the firefly funhouse "match". As long as they stay away from doing theses too often, they'll be fine. I guess if they want to keeping wheeling out the Undertaker, that's about all he'll be able to do as he doesn't seem fit to work in the ring anymore.

I just watched the second night earlier in the week, and I took it as he was pointing at the camera, but that's just me. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good WM considering the shit they've put out over the last few years. Worth a watch if you've got the time.

I actually hated how they did the rumble last night with Brock at #1. He was obviously just going to eliminate people as they came in, and that's exactly what happened. I thoroughly enjoyed the second half of the rumble once Brock got eliminated however, and McIntyre was a great choice to win. The women's rumble was entertaining, but the ending was rather weak. Flair makes sense because I don't think Bazler can come in and go right into the main event just yet. Banks would've been the other option, but she wasn't even in it. Decent show overall. I don't even watch Raw or Smackdown anymore, just NXT when I have time. That show is tits.

I tend to do this once a year too, just haven't gotten to it yet. When the playoffs come around, I go all in on going against what I should pick.

Anyone been watching AEW? The smarks trumpet how fantastic it is, but I think NXT has been better every week. It's nice to have another alternative though and I've enjoyed both since they've gone live.

Finally watched AEW this morning. Good show, but NXT was far and away better imo. I didn't much care for the main event of AEW either. Taking Omega out of a match like that to further his story with Moxley didn't seem the right move when they could've showcased him in the ring more for the casual fans tuning in. Omega/Moxley already has all the heat it needs.

Nowhere to go but down...I started with 8 on the Titans before flipping to the Browns at 5 after I saw they were down two starters on the line. Fucking Cleveland.

Sucks that Moxley isn't able to go at All Out, but PAC is probably the best replacement they could've fallen back to. No quick sellouts for the Pittsburgh and Charleston TV yet like the major markets did for their weekly TV when they went on sale. I don't think it's a cause for concern as it is probably just leveling out now that every AEW show isn't a one-off event like they have been, but maybe it'll give some perspective for those who think AEW is some unstoppable juggernaut that can do no wrong. It's going to be a process, but they are definitely on the right track. I think the last wrestling event I went to was a Smackdown when I was in college in like 2002, but kicking around going to see AEW here at the Pete in October.

I'm in. I'm a no for the spread as well, but I'll go along with it if that's what the majority wants to do.

Some interesting stuff so far on this AEW show. The feed, however, is fucking horrible on BR Live.

The marks are going to show up for these AEW shows while they're still only one every few months, so the quick sellout isn't super impressive to me the third time around as it's expected for the venue size. I'm cautiously optimistic for how they're rolling out, but they need to get away from this war with WWE bullshit and focus on their product and building a base for it beyond the hardcore fan. I'll wait and see how they're doing at this time next year when the shine has worn off and their shows are weekly before I pass judgement. I think I may very well spring for All Out.

I'll give AEW every chance as I want it to build into a viable alternative. That people on the interwebs are already calling it direct competition to WWE is ludicrous. The only WWE product I'll watch are the NXT's presently. That said, I wonder how long it takes before the egos start getting in the way. Having the top talent run the show may not be for the best once the booking begins, but that's just my opinion. Here's to hoping they do it right.

I've caught everything so far except Dunne/Walter, and it's all been great. It's also kind of depressing though that I'll slog through WM tomorrow and probably won't see more than a match or two that will beat something from this card. If they would only give the talent on the main roster a little freedom to create like they do in NXT, the product would be so much better...

I caught the main event earlier today when I logged on to the network for a few minutes, very impressive. I've read about Walter but never seen any matches, may have to look him up. As for AEW, it has plenty of potential I think as long as they don't try to go too big right away, and let it build first. The other thing is that the Bucks and Cody are executives and on-air talent. These guys seem like they have pretty high opinions of themselves, and while talented, it could turn into them booking themselves at the top all the time, like Jarrett did in TNA. Maybe I'm wrong, time will tell.

Gotta be honest here, when it comes to the playoffs, I start picking opposite of what I think most people will pick. I've been dwelling at the bottom so might as well try to go down swinging instead of keeping pace...at least it worked once!
