yep its all going to shit and if the spoilers are to believed then I cant watch any more!
I thought of that. Pulling a GRRM and just shutting it down before the end. But I'm pot committed at this point. We're drawing dead and there's nothing left but to make the crying call.

I have never given any episode of GOT a rating of less than 6. Until now. I gave it a 1 in protest. I feel like I just wasted years of my life reading the books and watching this show. I have been holding out hope that in the end, all would be okay. I see now that DD's really don't have a fucking clue. Very disappointed.

I gave it a 10. My second 10 of the season. But I had to rate it based on the episode itself as if I hadn't read the books. Stannis and Myrcella dying pisses me off because it feels like I've just been spoiled. Everything else was done as well as you could expect. I will say this and I'm not fucking around. I absolutely will not watch another episode of this series until I read The Winds of Winter. I'm through with getting spoiled. This is bullshit.

Dany, apart from being very boring to me, is not a deserter. The killers were after her right, so if she leaves her followers can probably get away. If she had stayed they all would have died, including the dragon. The silliest part of this episode for me was the way the masked buffoons behaved when they had Dany surrounded. instead of a charge and everyone dead in ten seconds they just stand there and attack one at a time like morons. Not exactly convincing stuff.
I agree. I saw Dany leaving with Drogon, not as abandoning her friends in peril (the threat was neutralized), but more as her getting Drogon out of the situation because clearly he wasn't going to leave without her.

I gave it a 6.
It's Game of Thrones-ish, so even on its worst day (which doesn't get must worse than last night), it's still pretty good tv. First, for those who are still comparing the show to the books, your time and energy would be best spent on a more worthy endeavor. D&D made their decision, and if this goes like anything the show runners did to True Blood, it will all be over soon.
Second, we got to see a Targaryen riding a fucking dragon...

My first 10 of the season. A gave it a 10 not because it was perfect (I don't think there is such a thing), but because you'd be hard pressed to find a better episode in this season or any previous.
[Poll] How would you rate episode 805?

As a stand alone episode, I think it deserves a 9 or 10. But I gave it a 1. Another protest vote for the second week in a row. Last night they took a giant shit on everything I love about this story, this series, and these characters. Damn D&D for turning me into a fucking troll.
