  1. I gave it a one only because fractions and negative numbers weren't a choice. This episode was utter dogshit and one of the worst finales of all time of any show. This whole season has been the equivalent of bringing a hot girl home to your apartment, getting all wound up to go, and finding out she's actually a he...
  2. So is next week the episode we finally put Sweet Robin on the iron throne?
  3. Biggest surprise.... There were no surprises except maybe Qyburn getting destroyed the way he did... Methinks Arya just updated her list... Glad to see Urine dead, now we're left with one final villian the mad queen. I expect she'll order the death of the Starks including Jon next...
  4. A Game of Starbucks??? https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/game-of-thrones-starbucks-cup-winterfell (I apologize if this is posted elsewhere on site, I haven't read all the thread. Thought it was pretty funny especially to share with this hardcore group!)
  5. Tough crowd in here tonight! Gave it a 10, though it was the best episode in at least 4 seasons...
  6. Gave it a 7, it was a great set up episode most of all that tied up some loose ends in preparation for the main event. As Gandalf said in the Return of the Kings, it's the deep breath before the plunge! Very well done, certainly better than the season premiere but not in my top 10 either..
  7. Was reading elsewhere some speculation that the 'battle of Winterfell' is actually a false front and the Night King left only a small portion of his army to fight it while the main body is on its way to Kings Landing in a surprise attack... Gotta say would love that twist as it would turn the show completely on its head but I doubt there is anything to it as it seems we are headed in a straight linear path from battle with the dead to battle between the remaining forces of the living... Although we see Dany's vision of the throne room destroyed when she arrives which gives some hope of a major twist, but we haven't seen one of those since the show passed the books and GRRM is no longer directly writing the story...
  8. Which his physical characteristics were a constant reminder of...
  9. Lyanna is the mother there is not even a question of it.... Jon may be the son of Rhaegar Targaryean but he is undeniably a Stark by his physical description so much so that in the books he was the most Stark-like in appearance it enfuriated Caitelyn Stark to the point of absolute hatred and disdain of Jon for looking more the son of Ned than any of her children...
  10. I sensed Santa's look was not one of jealousy at all, but one of absolute disdain for LF. She was grinning ear-to-ear when they pronounced Jon King until she caught LF's gaze.....
  11. Watching Arya cut Walder Frey's throat and serve his sons to him in pie made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside...
  12. I was referring to letting Jon die.... Rickon NEVER had a snowball's chance in hell...
  13. I still can't stand Sansa.... She would have let her brother die rather than reveal to him that they did indeed have more than enough forces!!!
  14. The only better ending to Ramsay would have been for Jon to put his boot on his throat an have Ghost chew his face off... Most satisfying episode in years....
  15. This week was more a setup for next week than anything.... Glad Arya is finally leaving the House of Black and White to go west and get revenge... The GNC looks like it might be on the move thanks to Sansa.... Dany FINALLY talking about going West.... Good to see the BlackFish is keeping up the fight in the Riverland... Hope to soon see Walder Frey with a dagger in his back... A nod to the Brotherhood without banners... May we see Zombie Cat after all??? Not the most exciting episode aside from the reappearance of BenJen Stark, but a nice prelude to bigger things to come....
  16. I have never liked Sansa one bit, she betrayed her own father so she could play princess to Joffrey and has been nothing but a spoiled brat for the entire show.... Was just starting to like her a little this season, but hiding her discussion from Jon just shows her true nature... She's just like her annoying mother and the only thing she cares about Jon for is his wildling army... If you remember from the books, the Blackfish was basically programmed by Caitlin to dislike Jon from day 1 so I'm not sure how that one is going to turn out for him.... Also her 'gamesmanship' here is very lacking... Why not just kill LF and all his attendants and send word back to the Vale that he had been murdered by the Boltons on his journey home and to come to her aid immediately ? Somehow once again that sneaky bastard will get the best of her and house stark... JMHO
