Really People, how anyone can piss and moan about the most trivial things is beyond me. This is a freaking STORY not real life, and the show is on a fast track because production costs have gone through the roof. This program is clearly one of the most fascinating productions ever to grace the small screen. Davos - He has no idea what Mel did before she got to castle black, only that everybody is dead. He is hitching his horse to Jon Snow and deservedly so. Clearing up all the loose ends the books have brought about in the time frame HBO has given them is a great task. I am entertained and excited that this story is going to reach its climax in my lifetime.

The Dothraki are rallying around Dany, they know her power and feel she is one of them, plus why start another storyline this late in the story. 2 books, 2 seasons on HBO left, the most that will happen is she has to wait for Drogon to get better.

The way the TV version is going maybe Ramsay will sit on the Throne, just for a minute though, before the WW skewers his nutsack. Now that is worth waiting for. GRRM being the perve he is will have the children of the forest doing something nasty before it's all over. I want book 6 to come out before the GoT season 6 so I can read the reviews in order to make a decision on whether to stay interested. Seems I read about 7000+ pages of a story and wasted my time.

George was paid well to let HBO and D&D take poetic license with his story, besides it makes it easier for him to create characters storylines in his next books. For years I have watched this show after reading the books, a little saddened by the fact I knew what was going to happen. Every discussion with non-book readers was always prefaced with are you sure you want to know now. I loved the dramatic visuals of the show even when they did not match my minds eye. BUT, this season has been so enjoyable because even though the plot is basically the same there have been some curveballs which I have enjoyed. I'm not one to get invested in a character within a story so the loss of Shireen or Hizdar doesn't ruin the story for me. I also came here to refresh my memory of events that took place in the books that I either glossed over or forgot. So here I am on this website to learn and enjoy the insight of Sullied and Unsullied alike.
