The swords making up the Iron Throne were touched by Balerion's fire. They belonged to the lords who knelt and submitted to the Targaryens. I feel they hold the power to fight the Others just as effectively as Dawn and the other swords made from the fallen star.

The Starks cannot seem to follow rules. Jon had issues with rules and so does Arya. Bran continues the ignoble family trait with what he does to poor Hodor and the cannibalism. Soon he will start craving blood. The red material in the porridge was not Jojen's but it is the accumulated human blood from the trees. The sap is the blood of all the people who were sacrificed to the trees. Bran ate blood but it was not Jojen's. Not yet anyway.

Asha Greyjoy. The prologue will begin where we last heard of Asha. It will set up the contest between Asha and Euron as to who will lead the Ironborn.

Whether she is Azor Ahai is not the important take away from these legends and histories. It is about having the data in order to make different choices.
