We know that Harry has some bastards. So if one of them is a boy and he survives long enough to grow old enough to make a claim and somehow gains enough political and military support to enforce that claim then that male bastard could inherit the Vale. But chances of that happening are very low.

I expect poor Jeyne Poole will be exposed, and burned for treason, with only Theon to vouch for her.
Actually she will outlive all other Boltons and will inherit Dreadfort.

We know that winter is coming to Westeros. So I assume that most of elephants will be wiped out by either elements or diseases and rest of them will starve to death. After all feeding those animals would be hard even during ideal conditions and totally impossible during harsh winter.

The Seven don't, What does this mean ? I sure cant puzzle it out.
Could Davos be agent of 7? After all he seems to have very strong plot armor.

by contrast anyone near the wall has gotta be nervous everytime it gets dark!
But Gift is huge. Or land area of both gifts is about as large than average state of USA. So if a person living in there is careful he should be very unlucky if his home is visited by raiders.

The issue is the northerners have already rejected the gift to settle as it is and voted with their feet!...no one wants to live in lands where someone could rape or kill you at any min!
It could also happen if local lord really wants to have sex with some peasant or just kill somebody. After all we know what Roose did when he saw a woman who seemed to be healthy and fertile. So sometimes people would be more safe living at Gift that near castles or manors.

You would think Royce or Blackwood branch members would have strongly objected to the RW.
Actually Roose should have had same problem bc lordlings have tendency to marry children of other lordlings. So there should have been at least some people among his followers who were ordered to kill their relatives. Or those people either disobeyed those orders or they became kinslayers.

Sansa has minor claims to North, Riverlands and Westernlands. (After all she is legal wife of Tyrion.) So if all those who have stronger claims to those kingdoms are either MIA or KIA and she somehow gains enough military support to enforce those claims Sansa could take over 3 kingdoms :lol

Ned promised to marry Ashara Dayne when he was only second son. But he broke that promise when he had very strong reason to do that. Or in my head canon Ned is much more practical and less honorable than most people think him to be.

Could Hungary produce enough black powder to keep all their firearms active without importing it or raw materials for that from other countries? After all without access to that stuff firearms would very soon become useless junk.

I assume that if mr. Martin really wants to tell whole story in (2?) more books he would have to somehow get rid of too many players and plotlines. So it is possible that Euron and (F?) Aegon will die very soon. After all if they were too successful their stories would steal time and words from other stories.

Branda Stark wed Harrold Rogers. Only reason why House Rogers even exist seems to be that GRRM wanted to honor memory of late Roger Zelazny.

Most of ex-slaves lack necessary skills to run a state. Or I am sure that very few of them know how to read and write and their other education is minimal. After all only members of elite had access to any kind of education and owned books. So if Dany wants to have working government she needs to keep those nobles who have necessary skills to run a state happy.

I don't think any of them were concerned with blood purity tbh. The Targaryens were the exception. The Starks mostly married First Men houses, because they were surrounded by them. They still married Arryns (the most andal of the andals) along with Blackwoods and Royces who have both intermarried heavily with andal families in the south.
Some of Starks married their cousins (like Lord Rickard) and couple of them seemed to marry their nieces. So they cared either about blood purity or just wanted to minimize number of people with strong claim to Winterfell.

Qaithe will provide convincing proof in Asshai. Dany will accept her Azor Ahai identity. Add one more title to the many she already has.
To my knowledge Dany is only person who had seen Qaithe. So there is a possibility that Q does not exist outside head of Dany. Or Q could be either some kind of illusion or she is created by Dany's imagination.

The throne should have cut Robert to pieces.
You forget that Robert was very strong dude who owned huge hammer. So IT was smart enough not to make itself target of that hammer.

What effects the fact that members of great families has tendency to marry their relatives has to their mental health?

If Sansa outlives Cersei,Jaime,Tyrion and Kevan's children she as widow of Tyrion would have a claim to CR and Westerlands. So there is (very small) possibilitity that instead of melting Castelry Rock Dany would choose Sansa Lannister as next lady of CR.
-
Sansa (Lannister?) is legal wife of Tyrion. So unless High Septon cancels her marriage or Tyrion dies she cannot marry somebody else. After all in Vale the Faith of 7 has more political power than other kingdoms. Or there is a possibility that Sansa's status as married woman limits what kind of moves Littlefinger can do with her.
-
I suspect that CR is too massive for that. Or Dany's dragons will not be able to generate enough heat to make CR an oven.

One possibility is to use a boat and sail Green Fork like Howland Reed did when he went to Riverlands. But we do not know how far north that route allows one to go.

What kind of legal responsibility KGs had? After all they failed to protect their king. Or if Joffrey wanted to get rid of Barristan could J simply execute or send him to NW bc B failed his duty as member of KG.

I know that we will never see a book with tittle A Time for Wolves. But it would be easy to find 3 potential meanings for that tittle.
1. Hour of wolf is darkest moment of night.
2. It will be time when many people will suffer and die and law and order do not exist anymore.
3. However that tittle also indicates return of dawn (Starks?) After all most nights end sooner or later.

Could a LC of the NW be hand of the king?

Actually it is king who decides what is legal or not and it is also he who hires HotK. So in theory it would be legal.
